Frequently Asked Questions
Each successful request to either the /v1/assess
or /v1/process
endpoint counts as one API call. Failed requests due to client-side errors (e.g., invalid parameters, authentication issues) or server-side errors do not count towards your quota.
For the Standard plan, you simply purchase more blocks of API calls as needed. If your needs grow significantly, we recommend contacting us to discuss an Enterprise plan which can be customized to your usage patterns and offer better volume pricing.
We accept all major credit cards for the Standard plan. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with flexible payment options. Please contact sales for more details.
